This past September, Culturaft facilitated the participation of Cluj-born band Nidal at the Mastering the Music Business showcase events at Expirat (Bucharest). Mastering the Music Business is one of the most influential music events in Romania, and the showcase at Expirat provided Nidal with an invaluable platform to connect with industry experts, expand their audience, and share their artistry with music lovers.
Nidal is a dynamic trio formed by Nidal Ștefan (vocals and guitar), Lucian Contiu (percussion), and Cristian Munteanu (saxophone and keyboard). The band is known for their indie blues sound, brought to life through the powerful musical compositions of Nidal Ștefan. Blending soulful vocals, rich instrumentals, and a touch of blues, Nidal delivers a sound that is both fresh and deeply rooted in musical tradition.
As Nidal prepares to release their new album, “Legendar,” their presence at events like Mastering the Music Business is a key milestone in their rise to bigger stages. The album, inspired by ancient Greek mythology, promises to be a captivating journey through stories of legends and heroes, wrapped in the band’s signature Indie Blues style.
